NOVEMBER 2005 - "FLIGHT SIMULATOR"
In May 2004, the PCUG Air Show was presented by club member and Flight Simulator enthusiast, Roger Lowery.  The meeting was so well attended and enthusiastically enjoyed by the audience that Roger has agreed to make a similar presentation this year.  Roger will use the simulator to demonstrate modern, real world, hi-tech developments.  The audience will gain an insight into how senior commercial airline pilots go about their daily business of getting passengers safely across the country and around the world.  This is a fascinating "must see" demonstration for members of all ages.  If you fly a plane, would like to fly a plane, fly as a passenger, or just wish to better understand this exciting hi-tech world, then don't miss this presentation! Find out how much computing power you need for Flight Simulator and why it has such a large following around the world.  Roger will also demonstrate the characteristics of a wide range of commercial, military and general aviation aircraft, all of which are available for Microsoft's Flight Simulator.  So don't delay, note this presentation in your diary right now and, don't miss it!
