Resort Labs has just released Task Commander version 2.5.
Use Task Commander to launch your favorite programs with just one menu
click while freeing up valuable Desktop and Quick Launch space. Control
the windows of your running applications via the intuitive interface of
Task Commander.
The dynamic Hot Launch Menu automatically configures itself to your
requirements and displays each application's running state so that any
program can be launched by a single mouse click. It is accessible from
the Windows Taskbar as well as the toolbars of Windows Explorer and
Internet Explorer.
Use the Advanced Task Switcher to switch between programs and to
manipulate whole groups of windows in any running applications. You
could, for example, close or minimize all instances of Internet
Explorer or MS Word that are currently running.
Task Commander also monitors and displays total CPU loading as well as loading for each application.

Task Commander version 2.5 is fully compatible with Windows 98, Windows ME,
Windows 2000, Windows 2003 and Windows XP.
