Last month we asked specifically for Centre Staffer Volunteers and I think the posting was fruitful - Ann reports that there are now 3 more staffers! It can be for one day or a 1/2 day only Once every 5-6 weeks.
There are many other ways to volunteer though.....
We urgently need a Monthly
meeting organiser:
Ken Ford has done a great job recently - but due to other commitments he would
prefer not to continue with it next year. This is not a hugely time consuming
task and could look good on a resumé! And Ken has said he will provide training

Woden Library Senior Citizens
Internet training;
For the last 7 years the PCUG has provided trainers in the Woden Library to help
Senior Citizens learn how to Browse, Search and use Web based Email. Almost any
of our members would have the skills necessary to do that. We help on Mondays,
Wednesdays and Fridays in two hourly sessions from 10 am till 11am and 11am till
Midday. Depending on the number of volunteers this could mean as little as a
couple of hours every 3 weeks or once every week if you prefer. OJT (On the Job
Training) gladly provided. Come along and check it out first!
