Scripts for Paint Shop Pro

This new version of the script pack brings:

improved multilingual installer for PSP8, PSP9 and PSPX
stairway interpolation restore SmartSize as default mode
Faramir Export option to change the signature + shadow colors
Faramir Export option to ask for the signature polarity (default: white signature on black shadow)
fixed interactivity of the Velvia and Provia scripts

I'm still hoping to bring some new features soon. Such as XML file parameters
interface. That would allow to use one parameter repository for the scripts.
