PSP Tutorial

A message from the PSP Scrapbooking Forum, 17 Nov 2006

No, I didn't use the new filter, but what I did use was really different for me. I used this tutorial:

http://www.pinoy7.com/psptutorials/9/rustandscratches/p1.shtml for making rust letters, and instead of using it for a letter, I worked with the entire canvas, which was 300x300. Then I played around to make it a seamless image and greyscaled it. After that, I made it a texture and had all sorts of fun.

For the stripes, I made the brush small, like size 10, and "Shift+click"ed across the big canvas. Once I had the stripes, then I selected the deform tool and stretched it in both directions. As a result, the stripes looked like watercolors. That was a day of jubilation here!

For the marble looking background, I used two colors for the entire thing and played around with blend modes and Mura's Cloud filter.

I don't know what I'm going to do when grad school is over, and I don't have more time for PSP.
