Editorial

I made a mistake!

Several, actually. I used Microsoft Front Page to produce last month's magazine. It expects that when you save files it will include the drive details, folder and ile location with any links. So if I save editor.htm it produced a link to c:\16b\Month-year\editor.htm. I should have used NVU to produce it all instead of a mixture of Front Page and NVU. Thanks to AllanM for doing the repair, and moving it all from my web page space to where Sixteen Bits should be published.

Another was using differences in navigation locations in the main page having a Freeware collection of several, and the PSP collection of several. All of this just shows how careful I must be when producing future publications. This begins with the habit of producing a potential magazine in the same manner each and every month.

Another difficulty I've encountered recently is that Agent version 4.1 now insists on not using the Inbox, but having incoming messages from standard contacts or from the Address Book listed in the respective folders. CharlieK was the first to encounter my ignoring a message from him. Others might well have suffered, but I've yet to notice any.

I'm acquainted with all these polite people.. thank heavens.
