PSP Layers

This is from PSP X Help:

To copy a layer to another image

1. On the Layers palette, select the layer you want to copy.
2. Choose Edit | Copy.
3. Open the image where you want to paste the layer.
   If the image has layers, select the layer above which you want to paste the new layer.
4. Choose Edit | Paste As New Layer.
    The layer is pasted to the centre of the canvas.

 You can also drag the layer from the Layers palette onto an open image.
