"Playing with Fire"

is the title of this presentation by
David Nicholls and Linda Rathgeber,

joint authors of a book on the Macromedia Fireworks 4 software.

David and Linda will give us an insight into writing software reference books. Although version 4 of Fireworks is 2000 vintage the principles covered in the book are still relevant as it is a guide to the creative things we can do with Fireworks. Even if generating and compressing images for the Web is not your particular interest, you will find David and Linda's story about their on-line collaboration to write their book "Playing with Fire" quite fascinating. Of course, they will also talk about Fireworks and the suite of products from the Macromedia stable.
