It would be helful to provide links to more information about "CUPS" - eg to CUPS org site and to What Is CUPS? - and to explain that it was initially an acronym for 'Common UNIX Print Subsystem' (see chprnsys(8)).
Similar comments apply to the corresponding TIP article.
